Keep them dry
Remove your jewellery before bathing, swimming or washing hands. Moisture is the most common cause of tarnish on plated jewellery.
Perfume and cosmetics first, jewellery last
Sprays, lotions and makeup can react with plating and stones. Let them dry fully before wearing your pieces.
Store each piece separately
Keep jewellery in a dry, airtight pouch or box, away from direct sunlight. Storing pieces separately prevents chains from tangling and stones from scratching each other.
Clean gently
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each wear. Do not use water, soap, alcohol or jewellery-cleaning solutions on plated or stone-set pieces.
Handle with care
Put jewellery on after dressing to avoid snagging on fabric. Avoid wearing delicate pieces during exercise or sleep.
