Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for shopping with Newora Jewels. Every piece is handcrafted to order, so please allow us a little time to make it perfect for you.

Processing time

  • Orders are typically packed and handed over within 5-7 working days of order confirmation.
  • During festive seasons or high demand, processing may take up to 8–10 working days. Any delay will be communicated to you by email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Shipping partner

  • We ship across India through Shiprocket and its trusted courier partners (such as Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express and others), selected automatically based on your delivery pincode for the fastest, safest transit.
  • Jewellery is packed discreetly in protective, gift-ready packaging at no extra cost.

Delivery timelines (after dispatch)

  • Normal days: approximately 5–7 working days across India.
  • Festive season / high demand: approximately 8–10 working days, including remote / extended pincodes.

These are estimates; courier delays due to weather, strikes, or regional disruptions are beyond our control but we will always share tracking updates with you.

Shipping charges

  • Orders above ₹999 ship FREE anywhere in India.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies below that value.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if enabled, may carry an additional ₹49 handling fee.

Tracking your order

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an AWB/tracking ID by email/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Track it anytime on the courier's website or via the tracking link we send you. If tracking shows no movement for over 48 hours, contact us and we will follow up with Shiprocket/the courier on priority.

Address accuracy

  • Please double-check your name, phone number, and full address with pincode at checkout — the courier will call you on the number provided.
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, we will reship it on request; additional shipping charges may apply.

Pincode serviceability

  • We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India via Shiprocket. If your pincode is unserviceable, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
